All missing ClaimSearch Match and Error files received through FTP have now been successfully processed. The issue is fully resolved, and normal file processing has resumed. Thank you for your patience and understanding while our teams worked to resolve this issue.

Investigating

We are investigating an issue where ClaimSearch FTP Match and Error files have not been generated since September 26.
Our teams are actively investigating and working to restore normal file processing. We will provide further updates as they become available.
